| Payment: | All
orders are COD, MasterCard, or VISA. Established customers may qualify for Net
30 terms by providing credit references.

| Shipping: | Most
orders are shipped UPS Ground Service and insured by Rusticraft Company. In
the event of damage, save the original packaging and contact Rusticraft
Company. Do not contact UPS.
Larger
orders may be palletized and shipped common carrier. Freight charges will be
confirmed with the customer and charges will be added to the invoice.

| Returns: | Call
Rusticraft Company for return authorization. No unauthorized returns will be
accepted.

| Terms: | All
past due accounts are subject to interest charges of 1 1/2% per month.
A
$25.00 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
